The Liczbańscy Bakery-Patisserie is one of the oldest bakeries in Poznań. Nowadays Liczbańscy Bakery-Patisserie is a company that employs approximately 200 staff members.
Our offer includes over 200 different types of bakery products such as breads, rolls, pastries, pies and cakes. Our own, modern vehicle fleet enables fast and reliable distribution of our products. Our bakery supplies mostly our own stores situated in Poznań.
Featured Bread
Poznań inhabitants can enjoy Liczbańscy’s bakery products in various occasions. Liczbańscy's bread also gained international acclaim. The producer of Roman Polański’s “The Pianist” asked Liczbańscy's bakery, the only bakery in Poland, to produce bread for the film. Since then the bakery has been offering “Featured Bread”.

Liczbańscy Bakery-Patisserie [Piekarnia-Cukiernia Liczbańscy Sp. J.] implemented the HACCP food safety system. The project was co-financed by the European Union from the Regional Development Fund and the national budget.
OUR HISTORY
In Wilda District, Liczbańscy’s surname has been associated with bread products for decades. It is hardly surprising, taking into account that Stanisław Liczbański, the grandfather of the present owner, opened his first bakery in 1934. The bakery survived the war. Thereafter, the bakehouse was taken over by Bronisław, the son of Stanisław, the senior of the baker’s family. Today, the Liczbańscy Bakery-Patisserie is an excellent example of a family-owned business, where the traditions of invaluable skills and experience have been passed down from generation to generation.
